The Sims Mobile weekly stickers missing or unavailable for some

The Sims Mobile is a mobile version of the extremely popular life simulation game The Sims 4 and The Sims FreePlay which is available for Android and iOS devices.

‘Wumples Wishlist’ is a time-limited task-oriented quest in the game. Players have one chapter to complete each day, after which they must wait 24 hours for the next chapter to unlock.

Stickers were added in The Sims Mobile in the February 2018 update and have been very popular among its fanbase. A player receives new stickers when logging in every day.

However, Sims Mobile players are reporting that they haven’t received the weekly stickers they were supposed to receive.

The above problem leads to another one. Since players don’t have access to this week’s stickers, they can’t complete a quest (Wimples quest) that requires giving five stickers to another player.

Since there is no ACTIVE STICKER CONTEST, how will one be able to win the Wumples Prize? Task #1 in Chapter 5 is to stick the others. To help! @SimGuruSanah #TheSimsMobile

How do you complete this Current Wumples quest if the sticker contest is not available at the ATM, and you really have to give stickers to other sims on the first task?

Some players even used the Sim Money thinking to complete the Wumples quest, but they couldn’t and lost their money.

Ugh – I started it late so I played catch up and used sim money to complete timed events. I hate wasting sim money!

This caused a huge uproar in The Sims Mobile community as they tried to complete the Wumples quest but were unable to due to this issue.

Issue under investigation

Luckily, Sims Mobile support responded and said they are investigating the missing stickers issue.

Unfortunately, there’s still no ETA for a fix, but chances are players won’t have to wait much longer for the devs to fix the issue.

That said, we will keep track of the situation and post an update if and when there are further developments regarding the matter.
