The Sims 4 High School Social Bunny App
The Social Bunny made its debut in The Sims 2. There, it was an imaginary friend that kids could hallucinate if their social need got too low. An obvious reference to the cult movie Harvey, only the Sim who spawned him could interact with this giant bunny. Now the bunny is back in The Sims 4, albeit in a completely different way. This time it’s the Social Bunny app. This is a social media application for teenagers to use in the High School Years DLC expansion. Here’s everything you need to know about the Social Bunny app in Sims 4 High School Yearsincluding how to use it to become a Simfluencer.
How to Use the Social Bunny App in Sims 4 High School Years
The Social Bunny app is intrinsically linked to the Trendi app in The Sims 4. Using the two in tandem is key to becoming a Simfluencer. The app offers five options: add a new post, tag another Sim, check your feed, check your friends list, and send a message. Obviously, messages are a very important part of this, as they allow you to communicate with other Sims. As such, they can be one of four types: friendly, affectionate, funny, and mean.
If you want to send a message, select the phone icon, followed by the type of message and the Sim you want to send the message to, depending on the type of relationship you have – or want to start with the Sim in question. You can also add posts to Social Bunny. These can be happy or sad, depending on your mood. There is also the option to broadcast yourself while playing games in Sims 4. Finally, you can promote the things you sell on Trendi through Social Bunny. Together, all these actions will allow you to gain more followers and become a true Simfluencer.
