Showing how much Build/Buy mode has evolved and expanded over the life of the game, Steph0Sims took advantage of the sectional sofas feature, added last summer, to create the outdoor seating areas, while than many newer packs, including My Marriage Stories and the plant-themed Blooming Rooms kit are put to good use.
“Playing The Simsespecially when you let them go wild and do their own thing, it literally feels like watching a reality TV show unfold before your eyes,” the YouTuber said in a statement. “You never know what they’re going to do next and that’s the fun of watching reality TV.”
Discussing the process of building the villa, Steph0Sims said a lot of it was “literally just guesswork”, adding: “the island of love didn’t post any floor plans, so I had to work it out as I went based on the size of the rooms and furniture.
“Each object had to be placed individually, including all the light strips on the floor, so I ended up with 15 hours of recorded footage.”

Players can download the villa for their own game via the in-game gallery by searching for Steph0Sims. It can be placed on any 64×64 lot, requires no custom content downloads, and will cost any household moving a whopping §376,520.
Be careful though: the villa requires that the player owns and has installed the vast majority of packs. So if you don’t have packs such as dream home decorator, Snowy getawayand much more, you might see a lot of missing furniture and other items when loading the place.
When asked which of the current islanders she would most like to have in her villa, Steph0Sims replied, “Watching Ekin-Su and literally any man she is coupled with sneak into the villa kissing and trying not to get caught by other Sims is all I care about.”
