Demi Sims heats up Greece in a swimsuit! In a 2019 interview with women fitness, Demi has revealed that her “fitness mission” is to continue eating healthy on the weekends. “I always looked like a failure on the weekends, especially after a night out, so I try my best not to get down and binge just because it’s the weekend!” she says.

Demi trains regularly, starting with cardio and moving on to weights. “My usual warm-up when I go to the gym is on the running machine for 10-15 minutes or on the bike machine, it’s important to warm up your muscles if you’re about to lift weights,” a- she told Women Fitness.

Demi eats a healthy and hearty breakfast. “My morning meal would be 1 slice of toast with 2 scrambled eggs on top. If I fancy something lighter, I would have Greek yoghurt with a handful of muesli on top. banana, raspberries and blueberries lightly covered with honey.” she revealed.

Demi eats healthily most of the time but occasionally indulges. “I think it’s important to have a cheat meal once a week because your body will crave it so badly otherwise, but don’t overdo it and have a whole cheat day including breakfast, lunch and dinner, I would just recommend choosing one of the 3 for the cheat meal,” she told Women Fitness.

According to Demi, there are three components of health. The first one? Food and vitamins. The second is to get enough sleep.
